Contest ” Festival “
CONTEST RULES
(hereinafter the “Rules”)
1. CONTEST AND CONTEST DURATION
The “ Festival” contest (hereinafter the “Contest“) is organized by JLL Canada (hereinafter the “Organizer“). The Contest begins on Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) (the “Contest Opening Date“) and ends on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Closing Date“).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Contest is open to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older on the opening date of the Contest, excluding employees, representatives, agents or all employees of Place Montréal Trust boutiques, directors and officers of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies,their respective advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this Contest and any other stakeholder directly related to the holding of the Contest, as well as their immediate family members and persons with whom they are domiciled.
2.2 The entry is declared void in the event of delay or if it proves to be illegible, incomplete, contrary to the rules, false, truncated or copied from another.
2.3 If an entrant wishes to retain a copy of his or her entry, a copy should be made.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.2 The participation form will be available from Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. (ET)
3.3 Contest Entry Restrictions. Entries per person are limited to one per person per day. The use (or attempted use) of multiple names and/or identities to enter the Contest will be invalid for the purposes of the Contest and may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizer, result in disqualification. The minimum purchase of $100 must be made in the same day.
3.4 The only determinant of time for the purposes of a valid entry in the Contest will be an official clock chosen by the Contest Organizer.
3.5 Alternative Entry – No Purchase Necessary. To obtain an entry coupon without making a purchase, participants may send a free request by email to eugenie.tremblay@jll.com and must include the following information:
Only one entry per person is permitted for the entire duration of the contest, regardless of the method of entry used.
Upon receipt of the participant’s request, and provided all requirements have been met, the participant will receive an email confirming their entry. To be eligible, the email request must be sent within the contest dates and times.

A random draw will take place on Thursday, July 16th , 2026. Only one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
6. CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PRIZE
6.1. The prize offered must be accepted as is and is neither refundable, transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
6.2. No purchase or registration fee is required
6.3. The festival-related prize is subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and decisions of the event organizer. The contest organizer shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement, modification, or interruption of the festival or any activity related to the prize, including, without limitation, changes to the event programming, artist cancellations, weather conditions, access restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond its control. No compensation or substitution will be offered in the event of any modification to the festival or to the services included in the prize.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

7.1 In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must comply with the following conditions:
7.2. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above or any other conditions set out in these rules will result in the selected entrant being disqualified and the prize awarded to him or her will be forfeited. In such a case, the Organizer will conduct a new random draw until a winner is determined, for a maximum of three (3) draws for the period mentioned in point five (5).
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1. Non-Compliant Entry. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or cancel his/her participation if he/she participates or attempts to participate in this Contest in a manner that is not in accordance with these Rules. This participant may be entrusted to the competent judicial authorities. Any decision of the Contest Organizer relating to the Contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, concerning any matter within its jurisdiction.
8.2. Replacement of the prize or modification of the competition. JLL Canada reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes or any component thereof with a prize of approximately the same value and nature or, at its sole discretion, with the cash value of the prize set out in these Rules. JLL Canada also reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required.
8.3. Price Limit. In all cases, the Contest Organizer may not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
8.4. Limitation of Liability. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any problems, failures, technical malfunctions of any network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, provider, e-mail, browser or technical malfunction that may occur, including, without limitation, a problem with the transmission or non-transmission of an entry form, regardless of the cause. The Organizer is in no way responsible for erroneous or inaccurate information, whether caused by users or by the equipment or programs used for the Contest or by any technical or human error that may have occurred during the conduct of the Contest, including during the processing of entry forms. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, loss, defect in operation or transmission, failure of communication lines, theft or destruction or prohibited access to or alteration of the entry forms. All entry forms and declaration forms become the property of the organizer and will not be returned to participants. The Organizer reserves the right to destroy all materials related to the Contest once the legally required retention period has expired.
8.5. Verification. The entry is declared void in the event of delay or if it proves to be illegible, incomplete, contrary to the rules, false, truncated or copied from another.
8.6. Operation of the Contest Application. The Contest Organizer does not guarantee in any way that the platform on which the Contest is held or the Contest web pages or any site linked to it will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest Period or that it will be free of any error.
8.7. Conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the application of this Contest or any site linked to this Contest, or to sabotage the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempts be made, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant’s entries and seek legal relief.
8.8. Termination of participation in the competition. In the event that the computer system is unable to record all Contest entries during the Contest Period, for any reason whatsoever, including due to verifications by the platform on which the Contest is held, or if participation in the Contest should be terminated in whole or in part before the end date provided for in these Rules, The draw may be made, at the discretion of the Contest Organizer, from among the entries duly registered during the Contest Period or, as the case may be, until the date of the event that terminated participation in the Contest.
8.9. Limitation of Liability: Use of the Prize. By entering this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives (the “Recipients”) from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of the acceptance or use of their prize.
8.10. Limitation of liability: participation in the competition. By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, any person releases the beneficiaries from any liability for any damage that he or she may suffer as a result of his or her participation or attempt to participate in the Contest.
8.11. Consent to the Use of Representation of the Person. By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statement regarding the prize and any aspect of the person for advertising purposes in any and all media used by JLL Canada and their respective advertising or promotional agencies. and this, without any form of payment or compensation.
8.12. Communication with Participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants in connection with this Contest other than in accordance with these Rules or on the initiative of the Contest Organizer.
8.13. Personal Information. The personal information collected about entrants in connection with this contest will only be used for the administration of this contest. The information is provided to the organizer. No communications, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this Contest will be sent to the entrant unless the entrant has consented otherwise.
8.14. Where can I find the contest rules? The contest rules are available on the Place Montréal Trust website and at the customer service desk during the contest period or on request in paper version at the customer service desk.
8.15. Compliance with the Contest Rules. All entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are subject to change at JLL Canada’s sole discretion, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required.

8.17. Compliance with Applicable Laws. The Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations in Canada.
8.18. RACJ. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
8.19. Severability of Paragraphs. If any paragraph of these rules is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that paragraph shall be deemed null and void, but all other paragraphs that are not affected shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
