1. CONTEST AND CONTEST PERIOD

The “Contest” (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organized by JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc. (hereinafter the “Organizer”). The Contest begins on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) (hereinafter the “Contest Opening Date”) and ends on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (ET) (hereinafter the “Contest Closing Date”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Contest is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older and resides in Quebec, excluding employees, representatives, agents, or employees of the stores of Place Montréal Trust, directors and officers of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this Contest, and any other persons directly involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families and persons with whom they are domiciled.

2.2. Any entry received after the deadline, or that is illegible, incomplete, contrary to these Rules, false, truncated or copied from another entry, will be declared invalid.

2.3. Participants wishing to retain a copy of their entry should make a copy for their records.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1. To enter the Contest, the participant must:

  1. Spend a minimum of $100 before taxes at retailers located at Place Montréal Trust between September 14, 2026, and October 31, 2026;
  2. Access the Typeform platform by scanning the QR code available in the Centre or through the dedicated Contest page on the Place Montréal Trust website;
  3. Complete the entry form and attach a photo of the receipt(s) as proof of purchase.

3.2. The entry period will begin on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and end on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (ET).

3.3. Entry Restrictions. Each entry must be associated with a separate qualifying purchase of at least $100, made between September 14 and October 31, 2026, inclusively. Each separate qualifying purchase entitles the participant to one entry. However, the same receipt or proof of purchase may only be submitted once for the purposes of the Contest and may not entitle the participant to more than one entry.

The use (or attempted use) of multiple names and/or identities to enter the Contest will invalidate the entries and may, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizer, result in the participant’s disqualification.

3.4. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of a valid Contest entry will be an official clock selected by the Contest Organizer.

3.5. Alternative Method of Entry – No Purchase Necessary. To obtain one entry without making a purchase, a participant may send a free request by email to eugenie.tremblay@jll.com, subject to the following requirements:

  1. a) provide their first name, last name, age and mailing address;
  2. b) indicate that the request is for the Hockey Contest;
  3. c) describe their favourite discoveries at Place Montréal Trust in 2026.

Upon receipt of the participant’s request, provided that all requirements have been met, the participant will receive an email confirming their entry. To be eligible, the email request must be sent during the Contest period and within the applicable Contest hours.
